Tope obtained her Bachelor’s Degree(LLB Hons.) in law from the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom. She also holds a Bachelor of Laws (BL) degree from the Nigerian Law school where she graduated with a 2nd class Upper and received the Rotimi Williams Prize for Legal Drafting and Conveyance.

Tope was admitted to the New York Bar in the United States as a licensed attorney of the state of New York, in 2011. She also holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Illinois, Urbana Champaign, Unites States where she graduated Beta Gamma Sigma.

She serves as a key advisor to the firm on matters related to human resource management, organization design effectiveness, operating model and professional development.
