Oluwatobi is a graduate of the prestigious Olabisi Onabanjo University (Formerly Ogun State University), Ago-Iwoye, Ogun state, Nigeria, where he obtained his degree in Law (LLB) with honors in 2021. He also obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree (BL) from the Nigeria Law School. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and also an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Mediation and Conciliation.

His area of expertise includes civil law, family law, dispute resolution, corporate law, aviation law and property law.
