Victory is a graduate of the University of Lagos, Akoka, Yaba, Lagos, Nigeria, where she obtained her LLB with a second-class upper degree. She also holds a Bachelor of Laws (BL) degree from the Nigerian Law School. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
